The well-being and security of the Jewish community is connected to that of all groups in our community. Therefore, JCRC-LI works to:
Develop leadership training and cultural competency programs to strengthen the capacity of local leaders so that they can better serve their constituents and the entire region
Create quality-of-life coalitions with other ethnic, religious, and cultural communities to address issues of common concern
Bring together communities and promote understanding to ensure culturally competent solutions to problems
