The primary goal of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Long Island’s (JCRC-LI) Advisory Board and Ambassadors is to guide JCRC-LI in carrying out its mission.
Advisory Board and Ambassadors will help to accomplish these goals by:
Setting priorities for JCRC-LI’s work
Assisting in program and event planning
Representing the different sectors of Jewish life on Long Island
Serving as connectors within the Jewish community and/or to the non-Jewish community
Being a resource for the organizations, schools, and synagogues based on Long Island
Identifying and establishing relationships with key government officials
